Prints and Events was created to combine Thomas Evans’ background in printing, small business graphics, and trade-show assets with decades of experience producing live events.
Built from event experience
Thomas hosted his first event, StripFest, in Greeleyville, South Carolina roughly twenty-five years ago. Through grassroots marketing and a strong point of view, that event drew spectators and participants from across the country and opened the door to a long career in event production.
Over the years he worked on or around televised and large-format events including the XDL Streetbike Freestyle Series, the X-Games, AMA Road Racing, Supercross, Monster Jam, and many stand-alone events across the country.
A printer who understands the venue
Seeing how often events lacked quality signage, flags, tents, and supporting branded materials, Thomas built West Coast Sign and Banner in California. That business supported small businesses, municipalities, transit services, motorcycle-industry brands, and corporate clients alike.
After returning to Charleston in 2023, he brought that same practical production experience home and continued building work for local organizations, businesses, and event operators.
What Prints and Events offers today
In addition to printed goods, the company offers event rental assets such as barriers, chairs, tables, sound systems, and consultation support for events and small businesses.
The operating philosophy remains simple: doing good business should feel personal, reliable, and useful from the first call to the final setup.
