NATIONAL FOAM PARTY VENDORS

Hi Vendors,

DUE TO RAIN/THUNDERSTORM/LIGHTNING POTENTIAL, WE HAVE RESCHEDULED TO THURSDAY, JUNE 22ND. (kids safety first)

The event is Thursday June 22, 4:30-7:30, please be at the event and setup by 4 pm.

The address is 1177 Williams Lane, Hanahan, SC 29410 - NOTE: GPS will take you through a school parking lot.. yes this is the way :)

Here are some rules from the Hanahan Rec Department:

  • There is no vehicle access to vendor spaces. You may drive into the park to unload, and I suggest bringing a wagon or cart of some type to unload/load your items.  Please park your cars near the basketball court.
  • If you are using a tent, it must be weighed down! STAKES ARE NOT ALLOWED due to irrigation.
  • There is no electricity or water provided.  If you need electricity, you can bring a quiet generator.

    I appreciate everyones giveaways and contributions to this free event. The giveaways can be in the form of gift certificates or actual product at the event. if you would like, write your info down with your giveaway. Get that to me pre-event at our PRINTS AND EVENTS EZ-UP and the winner can stop by your booth. I believe in promoting you as much as I can, so please provide me with the tools to do so. Logos, images, social media links, updates we can like and share are all great ways to increase event awareness through organic activation.

    A little about me and our mission as event people:

    I have been producing, hosting or vending at events all over the country for over 25 years, My focus is on safety, ease of crowd flow and good times. This event is my first event back here in South Carolina after living in California for 18 years. It is intentionally small and free. I want you guys to have a good time, be stress free, make some money and want to come attend more events that I produce in the future.

     

    My staff members on site will be wearing Royal Blue Tie Dye shirts. if you see anything that needs to be addressed, please have them alert me. I will spend most of my time at the foam cannon and dj booth. Concerning any safety issues I am the Emergency Executive in Charge. Any questions regarding procedures or incidents should be referred directly to me

    Here is a map of the park and a close up of how the event is laid out. The "FOAM PARTY AREA" will be marked by yellow barriers. The "VENDOR AREA" will be marked by cones. We arent restrictive on space at this event and all of the booths will be facing the foam party area where the crowd will be. First come first serve. Please be courteous to your fellow vendors. This setup should allow for good crowd flow and maximum visibility for your brands within our space.
